These accounts show you all your repeat medicine and dosage and you can choose the ones you need.
You can also:
• Bring the paper form to the surgery, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6.00pm (either drop off the paper slip with our reception team or leave it in the post box outside). Get directions
Collecting your prescription
You can usually collect your prescription from the pharmacy within 2 working days of ordering. In some cases, it may be available sooner, depending on stock and availability.
You can change your nominated pharmacy at any time, the easiest options are:
• On the NHS App or NHS Website where you order repeat prescriptions
• Using our Online Service (Patchs)
You can also:
• Come into the practice and let us know the pharmacy you wish to nominate. Get directions
• At any pharmacy that accepts repeat prescriptions

Frequently asked questions
Prescriptions are usually processed within 2 working days. Please allow additional time for the pharmacy to prepare your medication.
You can choose a nominated pharmacy for your prescriptions to be sent to electronically, making collection quick and convenient. For more information view here.
We recommend ordering your medication when you have around 7 days remaining. Requests made too early may not be issued.
If you need medication that is not on your repeat list, a clinician will need to review your request. This may take longer and could require an appointment.
Please contact the practice as soon as possible. In urgent cases, your pharmacy may be able to provide a limited emergency supply.
If you order online or via the NHS App, you may be able to track the status of your request. Alternatively, you can contact the practice or your pharmacy for an update.
Prescription charges may apply depending on your eligibility. Some patients are entitled to free prescriptions. Please check NHS guidance for more information.

Yes, a friend, family member, or carer can collect your medication on your behalf from the pharmacy.
